Pond A3 needs to be reclaimed ae it traps very little water and its
capacity ae a sedimentation pond is no longer necessary.
The woody plant density standard of 3750 stems per acre is a higher number
than we would require. If the number were cut in half to 1850 or even 2000
stems per acre, we would have no objections to those nuabers.
The fence that was built under project ¢3672 is a grazing pasture allotment
division fence, with same allottee leasing both pastuzes, so there should be
no problem with replacing the fence when the time comes to do so.
I7hen the CtdLRD feels the monitoring wells are no longer necessary and releases
Wyoming Fuel Co. to plug and abandon them, the BLM would consider releasing
the bond.
Should you have any questions or need any additional information. feel free to
contact Gene Dillashaw of this office.
'ncerely,
\ ,, ~~\\ ~ye.N~
David arr
Acting Area Dianager
.ACC: Jerry Koblitz
