L <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision to <br />approve a technical revision to the mining and reclamation plans for the <br />Terror Creek Loadout, Permit No. C-83-059, operated by Terror Creek Co, under <br />the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of ]979. <br />The proposed technical revision was submitted by Terror Creek Co, on April 15, <br />1986 for the Terror Creek Loadout. The affected area is located in portions <br />of Section 15, T13S, R91W of the 6th Prime Meridian in Delta County. <br />The subject technical revision (1) was submitted in response to the Divisions <br />mid-term review of the permit. <br />Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for review at the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />423, Denver, Colorado 80203. Any person who has an interest which is or may <br />be adversely affected may request a formal hearing regarding this proposed <br />decision. Requests fora formal hearing must be made in writing within ten <br />(10) days of this publication and shall state with reasonable specificity the <br />reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
