The
review is due May 18, 1994, so I would appreciate your responses on or before May 1, 1994.
With reviews pending and oversight issues outstanding, I already have some adequacy concerns
which fall under your disciplines/review subjects. If you have time, stop by and I will recount
those for you in order to prevent your spending time on something that has already been
addressed.
Barb:
Compliance with Rules 2.04.5, 2.04.."(1), 2.04.7(3), 2.05.6(3), and permit sections pertaining to
ground water quantity and quality, and surface water quality.
Janet:
Compliance with Rules 2.04.9, 2.04.10, 2.05.3(5), 2.05.3(6), 2.05.4(2)(d), 2.05.4(2)(e), and
2.05.4(2)(f), and permit sections pertaining to soil types/salvage/storage/redistribution,
vegetation/revegetation, and overburden (acid/toxic handling).
If you need anything to facilitate your review (within reason, now), let me know. If you heist
items from my office, will you oblige me with an out card? Thanks!
c: Larry Routten
SLB\02I593C.WP
