The property is <br />located at the Foidel Creek Mine approximately 16 miles northwest <br />of the Town of Oak Creek within the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31, <br />Township 5 North, Range 86 West, Routt County, Colorado. <br />Based on a site inspection by Susan Bachini Nall of this <br />office on August 8, 1997, we have determined that your wetland <br />boundary delineation is accurate. The plan referenced below is <br />an accurate depiction of the limits of Federal jurisdiction under <br />Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
