FILED FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THEIR MINING
PERMIT M-77-247 WITH THE COLORADO DIVISION OF
MINERALS AND GEOLOGY UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF THE COLORADO LAND RECLAMATION ACT FOR
THE EXTRACTION OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.
THE PROPOSED MINE IS KNOWN AS THE COALDALE
QUARRY AND IS LOCATED AT OR NEAR SECTION 5,
T47N, R 11 E, AND SECTION 32, T48N, R 11 E.
The proposed date of commencement is October 15, 1997 and
proposed date of completion is October 16, 2002. The proposed
future land use wildlife habitate and industrial commercial use.
