The original permit application document includes a copy of the warranty deed for the property
including legal description reflecting access to Fremont County Road 6, Hayden Creek Road.
The deed has since been transferred in whole to G-P Gypsum Corporation and this transfer has
been documented in the Succession of Operator's filing executed between the Division and G-P
Gypsum Corporation in 1996. Please refer to the permit file M-77-247 for reference to Source
of legal Right-to-Enter. No recorded easements are in affect on the Coaldale Mine Property.
