Both of these <br />highwalls are .25:1 slopes that must be reduced to ]:l rock slopes. These volumes also reflect <br />tonnages necessary to finish grade disturbed areas on North Ridge. <br />OTHER RECLAMATION AREAS <br />TITANIUM DRII,L ROAD REMOVAL AND RECLAMATION <br />In the mid 1980's, core drilling was performed along a roadway circumscribing Titanium Hill, a <br />large gypsum surface outcrop in the Southern end of the Affected land but not within the <br />geologic orientation of the main ore reserve and the sections referred to earlier in this report. <br />Titanium and Uranium Hill were the areas of mining in the 1960's and 1970's, and core drilling <br />and waste removal work in the late 80's proved out app. One million tons of potential gypsum <br />reserve. The core drill roadway and app. Ten acres of disturbed mining ground will be regraded <br />via bulldozer and drilling and blasting on the mine benches. This work will entail app. 10,000 <br />tons of gypsum and limestone rock drilled and shot and app. 25,000 tons of bulldozer work to <br />regrade the areas in question. <br />ROADWAY, BUILDING, AND EQUIPMENT REMOVAL <br />There are a number of structures which must be removed to complete the closure of this mine <br />property, including the primary crushing circuit and supporting equipment (screen, conveyors, <br />dust collector, concrete structures) and blasting materials storage facilities. Approximately one <br />mile of roadway removal will be necessary in addition to the approximately three miles of <br />
