Box 487, Walden, Colorado 80480, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations <br />promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to continue conducting reclamation operations on lands located in the <br />following sections: <br />Mine Area: Township 8 North, Rance 78 West <br />Section 2 <br />111 IIIIlll111111111 <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />Township 9 North. Rance 78 West <br />Sections 15, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 and 35 <br />Loadout Area: Township 9 North. Rance 79 West <br />Sections 28 and 29 <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle maps of Johnny <br />Moore Mountain, Gould NW, Walden and Eagle Hill. <br />In order for us to approve this renewal application, we are required to confirm that projections <br />and assumptions in the permit remain valid and that the operation is in compliance with the <br />approved permit. We are requesting your agency's evaluation of the renewal application with <br />respect to the continued validity of the assumptions and projections of the mining and <br />reclamation plan which relate to fish and wildlite considerations, including potential impacts to <br />threatened or endangered species. <br />
