Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs (revised ~~-t3-e~~ This Reclamation Cost estimate is based on having a maximum area of disturbance consisting of no more than 15.00 acres ±, needing some form of reclamation at any one time. This includes areas stripped, partially mined and partially reclaimed. Lake surface area and roads do not need reclamation. The table below outlines the baseline data we used to do our bond estimate calculations. Map Exhibit L-1 shows the site at a time when we believe the site disturbance is at a maximum. This is when approximately 508 of the EAST PARCEL is stripped and mined. The west lake area will only have a 1.00 acres area in the southwest corner that needs to be resoiled and revegetated.
