Thanks for the time you have spent talking with local experts concerning the knapweed <br />problem. You have presented ideas that I can use when preparing weed control plans in <br />the future. Attached is a revised Weed Control Plan incorporating your suggested use of <br />"Curtail" herbicide applied at the recommended rate. We may also use other unrestricted <br />herbicides as well. Delta will have to take care with the application around the water in <br />the existing west lake, but on the east parcel and when mining is taking place on the west <br />parcel this will not be a concern because there will be little or no water adjacent to the <br />seed bed. <br />4. We agree to wmmitment to having no more than 1,110 linear feet of'fz:l on the east <br />parcel at any one time. <br />I understand your concerns regarding my comments on the slope rates at this time. I can <br />only ask that look at them during your site visit to confirm or dispute my comments.
