From
reviewing Table 3 and 4 in Exhibit 56 of MCC's permit, the average value of the
B-seam waste ie 14, and the upper limit ie 54. Because only 600-800 yards of
Bear gob is to be transported to the MCC refuse pile, the Division does not
foresee a problem if this material is placed somewhere in the pile that will be
covered with a significant amount of MCC'a waste in the future.
Revised page 2.05-37 does not fall in line with the current pages in the permit.
As we are currently processing a number of revisions with many page changes in
section 2.05 in the permit document, the Division will stipulate that this
revised section be submitted upon approval of Minor Revision 90, Technical
Revision 63, and Technical Revision 64. All these revision's were submitted
previous to this minor revision, therefore, following the approval of these
revisions, page 2.05-37 should correspond with the other pages in the permit.
This stipulation will be numbered 48 and will have a submittal due date of August
6, 1993 (the approval date for TR 64).
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~ ,,
~~ ;
Christine E.
