Three copies of the General Input Table for the watershed run of SA, SB, SC, SD, and Ditch
Dl-4 is provided for your copy of the permit.
Questions
5: 17 No response is required.
ADDITIONAL SUBMITTALS
1. Ditch D2-3C was located south of the surface shop and is no longer in existence.
2. The erodible channel design is correct as submitted for D2-4A
3. The design for a triangular channel for DCW-2 above the bin wall is correct, as submitted.
4. The design far a single culvert is correct, as submitted.
5. The design with one culvert should be removed from Exhibit 66. A review of their original locations and subsequent design changes
follows:
Dl-3A -This ditch ran from the substation down to the outfall of Cl-6. This ditch was
replaced by Cl-tiA as part of the stabilization work.
Dl-3C -This ditch drained the parking lot south of the surface shop.
