Three copies of the General Input Table for the watershed run of SA, SB, SC, SD, and Ditch <br />Dl-4 is provided for your copy of the permit. <br />Questions <br />5: 17 No response is required. <br />ADDITIONAL SUBMITTALS <br />1. Ditch D2-3C was located south of the surface shop and is no longer in existence. <br />2. The erodible channel design is correct as submitted for D2-4A <br />3. The design for a triangular channel for DCW-2 above the bin wall is correct, as submitted. <br />4. The design far a single culvert is correct, as submitted. <br />5. The design with one culvert should be removed from Exhibit 66. The minimum size required <br />utilized one 27"and one 36"; installation resulted in a two 36" pipes according to the As-Built <br />submitted as part of MR-144. <br />6. The listed ditches and culverts definitely should be removed from Table 44, with the <br />exception of C2-1. A review of their original locations and subsequent design changes <br />follows: <br />Dl-3A -This ditch ran from the substation down to the outfall of Cl-6. This ditch was <br />replaced by Cl-tiA as part of the stabilization work. <br />Dl-3C -This ditch drained the parking lot south of the surface shop. It had been mis- <br />named as part of the MB-1 system, and was re-named as D2-3C, but is no longer is in <br />existence (see #1, above). <br />Berm D2-2 -This berm is no longer in existence, and it is not clear at this time where <br />it was located. <br />D2-2A -This ditch drained the coal stockpiles in the stacker tube area. It is no longer <br />needed. <br />C2-1 -This culvert originally was the southwestern inle[ of MB-2. Another culvert was <br />not re-named with the same name as part of the wnstruction of MB-2R, but the culvert <br />on D2-10 was assigned this number with Field Minor Revision 147, in January, 1995. <br />C2-lA -This culven originally was the southeastern inlet of MB-2. It did not follow <br />into the MB-2R design. <br />C3-2 -This culvert originally was the southeastern inlet of the modified MB-3. <br />Following construction, only one inlet was installed to [acililate sediment retention in <br />the sediment traps, and this culvert was dropped. <br />7. No response is required. <br />
