Pursuant to our phone conversation last week, in <br />which I stated that it would be virtually impossible for us to satisfactorily and adequately am+wer <br />all the questions posed in yours and Allen Soreltson's Adequacy Review by December 16, 1993, <br />I am following with this written response at your request. I have also heart made aware that <br />the Board, last week, granted an extension of time based upon thin short response time. <br />We submitted the tegttited amendment application and associated material on August 20, 1993, <br />the required submittal date (one month after our Board hearittpJ. The Board hearing or <br />administrative approval/dettiai date was set for November 18, 1993, approximately 65 working <br />days after our submittal date. On November 17, 1993, we were requested to ask the Division <br />for an extension of time w that the Division could have more time to review the application. <br />Ali notices were published a9 required, and a copy of the amendment application was placed in <br />the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's Office when requitM. There have been no letters <br />of opposition to the application. The applit~tion has been with the Division for approximately <br />g0 working days, until December 8, 1993. <br />All Adequacy Review questions will be answered in a wmplete and thorough manner.
