Maps 1 and 2 from the <br />mine permit, included as Attachment A, describe <br />the surface and mineral ownership respectively. <br />2. Scope of Work. In the event of a conflict between <br />the provisions of this section and the approved <br />permit, the terms of this Agreement shall control. <br />Reclamation activities are intended to revegetate <br />and restore the disturbed area within the permit <br />boundaries to its approximate original contour. <br />The specific details of the reclamation plan are <br />included in Attachment B. The reclamation <br />activities include but are not limited to the <br />following: <br />a. Backfilling the existing test pit; <br />b. Demolition of existing facilities; <br />c. Backfilling of drainage control structures <br />not required during the ten-year liability <br />period after initial revegetation; <br />d. Cleanup of coal stockpile area; <br />e. Placement of subsoil and topsoil over the <br />backfilled test pit area; and <br />f. Revegetation of disturbed areas. <br />3. Reclamation Project Term. It is the intent of all <br />parties to begin the reclamation project <br />("Project") upon approval of this Agreement by the <br />Company and CMLRD and upon the Company's receipt <br />of Project funding. The anticipated Project <br />duration is-three months unless delayed by weather <br />or other circumstances not identified at this <br />time. <br />This Agreement may be renewed or extended upon the <br />prior written approval of the Company and CMLRD <br />
