Box 70 , Creede, CO 81130; (719) 658-2329, filed an application to convert M-84-097, Mineral <br />County Pit, a l l0(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction <br />Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 32, Township 40.N, <br />Range l.W, 10th Prime Meridian, in Mineral County. The application decision is scheduled for April 21, <br />1997. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mineral County Clerk & Recorder's office and at <br />the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
