<br />the permit area is within regulatory specified limits. The locations of these ponds are also shown on Exhibit
<br />B in the Phase I Bond Release application. The designs and as-built documentation is contained in the

<br />The Seneca II-W Mine is located approximately seven ('~ miles south of the Town of Hayden, Colorado off
