<br />the permit area is within regulatory specified limits. The locations of these ponds aze also shown on Exhibit
<br />B in the Phase I Bond Release application. The designs and as-built documentation is contained in the

<br />The Seneca II-W Mine is located approximately seven (~ miles south of the Town of Hayden, Colorado off
<br />of RCR # 53. The specific area (761.2 acres) to which this bond release request applies is included within the
