Your matter will be heard by the Board as soon as possible.
Today, I received a message from the attorney representing Silver Mountain Preserve. He said that a
reclamation bond had been sent yesterday to complete Silver Mountain's application to Transfer to
Permit No. M-19922-003 and succeed Huerfano County as operator.
As soon as we receive the bond and approve it, I will approve the transfer and withdraw the Appeal
hearing from the June Board agenda, since the permit will no longer be in the name of Huerfano
County.
Please call me at (303) 866-4922, if you have questions.
Sincerely,
Larry D.
