Please be advised that Benson Brothers, whose address and telephone number are
2138 J-50 Road, Austin, CO 81410, [phone], has filed a 110(2) to 112
conversion application to the Hallenbeck Pit No. 1, Permit No. M-77-062, which
is located at or near Section 36, Township 145, Range 95W, 6th Prime Meridian
in Delta County. The application decision is scheduled for April 21, 1994.
