Before a decision can be made on your application the following items need <br />clarification. Please provide a response to each item prior to September 29, 1999. <br />The Division has received written objections to your conversion application. Copies of the objections <br />were sent to you with a separate cover letter. In accordance with the Rule 1.4.5(3), the Division is <br />setting a new date of October 20, 1999 for Final consideration of your application by [he Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board.
