<br />Revised March, 1994 <br />3) In the event of a rise of the water table in the piezometer <br />well greater than l0 feet, Colowyo will notify the Division <br />within 2 working days and complete a survey of the twelve <br />subsidence monuments and report the results to the Division <br />within one month. <br />4) Colowyo will complete an annual inspection of the Streeter <br />Fill during the second calendar quarter by a registered <br />engineer. This inspection will include specific examination <br />of items 1 and 2 above and include a discussion of the facial <br />conditions of the fill in order to determine whether the <br />development of perched water tables within the fill is <br />effecting its surficial slope stability. <br />5) The monitoring reports and certified inspection reports will <br />be available during inspections by the Division but will only <br />be submitted to the Division in the Annual Reclamation <br />Reports. <br />WEST PIT AND SECTION 26 PIT EXCESS SPOIL FILLS <br />To develop the west pit and Section 16 pit, it will be necessary to <br />construct two excess spoil fills from material in the initial cuts. <br />For further details regarding these fills, refer to Exhibit 19 - <br />Geotechnical Investigations, West Pit Fill and Section 16 Fill. <br />The volumetric balance indicating excess spoil will be generated <br />and disposal of excess spoil will be required is found in Section <br />2.05.3. <br />4.09-2 <br />
