The Foidel Creek pemut contains information <br />regarding construction of development mains under Foidel Creek and portions of Fish Creek. Impacts due to <br />subsidence are described with regards to Middle Creek, Foidel Creek and a portion of Fish Creek in <br />Township 5 North., Range 87 West, SWl/4 Section 25. <br />1. There is no discussion of potential impacts to Fish Creek in the area that potentially may be affected <br />by development of 12R gateroad. The affected area is located in Township 5 North, Range 86 West, <br />S 1/2 Section 15. Please include discussion of potential impacts to Fish Creek and its associated AVF <br />with regazds to the affected area. Twentymile Coal Company has encountered faulting in the Eastern <br />Mining District and in the initial development of the North West Mains. Should Twentymile Coal <br />Company encounter faults in the affected azea, what impacts to Fish Creek and its associated AVF <br />are projected? (Rule 2.05.6(6)(6)).
