Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. dba United Companies of Mesa <br />County is now the permitted operator of the Preston Pit Extension, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in <br />Permit No. M-1980-022, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regniations. <br />Enclosed is the following Performance Warranty you originally provided.
