Finally, the Division believes that it is important to document that the <br />overburden material used in the test plots falls within the typical ranges <br />documented for graded spoils in past annual reclamation reports, and is <br />reasonably representative of materials likely to be used in the future. Also, <br />the Division believes the information obtained from the sampling could be of <br />value with regard to future interpretations of vegetation response on the test <br />plots. <br />The Division requests that Colowyo conduct analyses on a representative <br />composite sample from each test plot after final overburden placement <br />and grading. The constituents Colowyo analyzes should include texture, <br />fertility, pH, rock content, EC, SAR, selenium and boron. Please provide <br />the Division with a copy of the lab reports following analysis. It would <br />also be useful to include the lab reports in an appendix or exhibit in the <br />permit for future reference. <br />3. Response Accepted. <br />4. Response Accepted. <br />5.
