Our conversation was informative <br /> and enlightening. <br /> • As mentioned during our meeting, Marathon Gold Corporation <br /> is filing an amendment to its permit issued by the Colorado <br /> Mined Land Reclamation Board . The purpose of the amendment <br /> is to clarify certain operations being conducted by the Company <br /> and to permit the use and testing of cyanide solutions in the <br /> Company's laboratory which has been constructed on site . The <br /> operation will continue to be a zero discharge operation. The <br /> mine and pilot plant are situated upon lands administered by <br /> the Bureau of Land Management. <br /> Please advise us of any County zoning ordinances or <br /> regulations which might affect our operations and the proposed <br /> amendment. <br /> Beginning the week of January 28 , a copy of the permit <br /> amendment may be viewed at the County Clerk' s Office or at our <br /> offices.
