• EXHIBIT E - RECLAMATION PLAN
6 . 0 Reclamation Procedures
The reclamation procedures set forth in the original
permit will be adhered to. As the surface management agency ,
the Bureau of Land Management will be consulted during all phases
of reclamation. Any deviation from the approved reclamation
procedures will be done only after consultation with and approval
by the BLM and the CMLRD.
Several areas disturbed during the construction phase
of the pilot plant will be reclaimed in 1985 thus reducing the
future reclamation requirement and associated bonding . Topsoil
remaining after reclamation of these sites will be stockpiled ,
stabilized and seeded in the manner prior approved in the permit.
6 . 1 Reclamation Plan Phase I - 1985 Reclamation
Several areas shown on the plan view map, labeled
Appendix E, as marked with diagonal lines are planned to be
reclaimed during 1985 . These areas will be contoured , topsoil
added and seeded during the year . This activity will reduce
the total disturbed area to nine acres requiring reclamation
• at some future date as shown in Phase II of the Reclamation
Plan.
The areas to be contoured and reclaimed in 1985 include
the following:
all disturbed areas west of the erosion control ditch
to the West section line of Section 9, extending north
to the office trailer, except for the hilltop access
road;
all disturbed areas north of the sample storage shed
and bulk sample storage area except for a one-acre
area immediately surrounding the Joker Pit itself;
exploration drill sites between the holding pond bypass
ditch and the access road to adjoining exploration
areas. These areas are to the east of the water supply
and holding ponds.
6 . 2 Reclamation Plan Phase II - Reclamation At End Of Operations
Current planning indicates an additional several years
of exploration and mining on the property.
