Box 774018 <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477 <br />RE: Permit Renewal Notice, Hayden Gulch Mine, Permit No. C-80-003, <br />Hayden Gulch Coal Company. <br />Dear Mr. Neumann: <br />This letter is written, in accordance with Rule 2.08.5(2)(a), in <br />order to inform the operator of the need to submit a complete <br />permit renewal application for the Hayden Gulch Mine. The permit <br />for the Hayden Gulch Mine, Permit No. C-80-003, is due to expire on <br />January 4, 1997. Rule 2.08.5(2)(a) requires that the operator <br />submit a complete application for the renewal of the permit within <br />180 days of the permit expiration date, which is July 8, 1996. The <br />minimum requirements for a complete permit renewal application are <br />listed under Rule 2.08.5(2)(b). Failure to submit a complete permit <br />renewal application by July 8, 1996 could result in the loss of the <br />right of successive renewal, as stated in Rules 2.08.5(1)(a) and <br />2.08.5(3)(f): <br />Attached is an application form for your submittal.
