Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) proposed a decision to <br />approve the Technical Revision No. 7-59 (TR-59) application to Permit C-1982-056 on <br />April 20, 2007. Public notice of the proposed decision was published on April 22, 2007, <br />in the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The ] 0-day public comment period following the <br />publication closed on May2, 2007. No adverse comments were received in response to <br />the notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-56 application of April 22, 2007 is <br />final as of May 2, 2007.
