<br />.~ <br />' RESOLVl'ION NJ. 1589 <br />PAGE 3 <br />S~l(TiON 5: The City does not agree with the applicant that its mining <br />operations on South Peak will present "minor visibility problems" <br />and urges the board to reject the removal of South Peak, West <br />Thumb and the canyon walls adjacent to Williams Canyon. <br />SEXTiCI~ 6: The City does not agree with the applicant that future use of <br />their property would be suitable for home construction since it <br />is not a part of this City's comprehensive plan. <br />SDQZQd 7: By adoption of this Resolution the City serves notice on the <br />Castle Concrete Cong~any that it reserves the right to enact an <br />ordinance to tax or otherwise charge a fee to wmpensate for any <br />extraordinary impact of mining operations on the City's <br />infrastructure.
