The Division received an e-mailed copy of the June Status Report on
June 15, 2005. The paper copy was received on June 17, 2005. Looking back through my records it
appears that I may have inadvertently not forwarded a copy of the May 2005 Monthly Status Report to you.
Please find copies of the May 2005 Monthly Status Report and the June 2005 Monthly Status Report
documents received by the Division.
Sincerely,
Janet 1 s
Enviro ent tection Specialist
C:\jhb\C81044\RN-04\Barker status report-May & June.doc
Enclosures-May Status Report from BTU-EC
June Status Report from BTU-EC
Office of Office of Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey
