The additional disturbance is to accommodate activities in the south extension <br />area. As a result, SCC has submitted revised SEDCAD calculations for three ponds: <br />Pond 006, Pond 016, and Pond 017; Post-Mining Drainage (PM) -1, PM-2 Upper, PM-2 <br />Lower, PM-2A and PM-3. SCC has also submitted the as-built certification for Pond <br />015. <br />Attached are copies of the revised designs that SCC has submitted. The existing designs <br />are in the permit application, [he attachments to Tab 13 in Volumes 7 and 7a. <br />Let me know if you need anything else. <br />Thank-you for your assistance! <br />
