After <br />reviewing this letter, we believe our concerns are closer to being resolved <br />except as listed below. Please respond to the following (which utilizes the <br />original numbering sequence) as soon prior to October 23rd as possible. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan "~ <br />I _" ~~ <br />1. How many acres is encompassed by the well area and associated pipeline =~ <br />(specifying width and length) to the mine area? It is necessary to <br />submit additional application fees to reflect this acreage. o ,.w; <br />Also, please describe the proposed reclamation for the well, well area, - <br />and pipeline; and the associated legal description to the nearest <br />quarter quarter section. <br />L~^ v.i \'~~\w <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />2. Enclosed is a new Financial Warranty - Corporate Surety form. Please <br />do not execute until after Board approval of this amendment.'~(a~i4 ~ ~ <br />3. Enclosed is a Performance Warranty that should be immediately executed <br />and returned to this office. <br />Other <br />4A. Please justify the additional $5,000.00 amount. The previously posted <br />$5,000.00 amount for this area was the maximum allowed by law due to <br />the type of permit (i.e.: Limited Impact (110) Permit).
