~• ~~ j 5. Pursuant to the requirements of the permit, Colorado Yampa sampled and analyzed the effluent at outfall 005. Three results were below the detection limit and were assigned a value of Zero in calculating the average. 6. Colorado Yampa reported that the concentrations of zinc in the effluent ac outfall 005 on February 11 and March 26, 1985, were 0.723 mg/1 and 0.190 mg/1 respectively. 7. The monthly average concentrations for zinc in the effluent at 005 for February and March, 1985, according to data submitted by Colorado Yampa, were 0.194 mg/1 and O.U59 mg/1, respectively, based on an average of four samples per month. Sample results which were reported as below the detection limit were assigned a value of zero in calculating the monthly average. _~_
