<br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />Most of the stabilization of the site will take place in conjunction <br />with the mining operation. For the affected area, the tasks of reclamation <br />are to clean-up the site, place a soil medium (if available) on the benches <br />and adjacent affected areas and re vegetate those areas where a growth <br />medium is iced. Minor grading of surface areas on the pit floor will be <br />done as necessary. The reclamation cost estimates are based on a disturbed <br />area anticipated to be approximately 20 to 24 acres. Seeding costs <br />conservatively assume that the entire area disturbed will be reseeded.
