(Phase I Bond Release) and release of 100 of a <br />reclamation bond of $980 for Exploration Drill Holes. Phase I <br />Reclamtion, where up to 60 percent of the bond may be released, <br />includes completion of backfill, regrading, and drainage control in <br />accordance with the approved reclamation plan. The reclaimed areas <br />include the following: <br />7.5 acres at the Twin Pines No. 2 Mine Site in the SE 1/4 <br />of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 2; <br />Township 20 South; Range 70 West of the 6th. Principal <br />Meridian, Fremont County, Colorado. Approximately 2 1/2 <br />miles southwest of Rockvale, Colorado on County Road 78; <br />5.6 acres at the Twin Pines Coal Sales Site in the SW 1/4 <br />of the NW 1/4 of Section 1; Township 20 South; Range 70 <br />West of the 6th. Principal Meridian, Fremont County, <br />Colorado. Approximately 2 miles south of Rockvale, <br />Colorado on County Road 86; <br />Exploration Drill Hole sites in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 <br />and the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2; Township 20 <br />South; Range 70 West of the 6th. Principal Meridian, <br />Fremont County, Colorado. <br />The Reclamation Location Map is attached herewith.
