A ditch in this
location is unnecessary and should be dropped from the plan.
I understand that you had intended for this to be deleted in the
last map revision and I can pen it out of the plan for presentation
to the Mined Land Reclamation Board this Wednesday. The plan looks
good and I don'C expect any difficulty getting the Boards approval.
Thanks for your cooperation and let me know if I can be of help as
you assemble Bob Weavers' new permit application. If all goes well,
Bob may very likely recieve the first permit issued under the new
regulatory program.
Sincerely,
~.G1-C ~ ~~csCt.r~ ~-
~.I. Peter H.
