At the present time your revision requests adequately addresses all <br />concerns pertaining [o the regulated construction option for bonding of the clay liner installation. <br />Therefore, each section of the liner that is completed under the tetras of the regulated construction option <br />and to the satisfaction of the Division will qualify for a reduction in bonding from 100% to 20%. Also, we <br />understand that you wish for the NCCI Pi[ #1 to be bonded in phases rather than as one entire project, as a <br />part of this revision request. We will be sending a 2"d adequacy letter shortly to identify specific <br />information needed to approve such request.
