Our initial revie•v <br />indicat?s that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal. <br />Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 e* sue., have been submitted; thus <br />your technical revision application has been deemed completa for the curpcses <br />of filing cn the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br />the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br />filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential. <br />information, must be filed for public inspection with the Gunnison County <br />Manner or Clerk and Recorder. .Any subsequent changes or addition; must <br />also be matle in this copy. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has <br />been found to be satisfactory. You should commence publication cf this <br />advertisement as Specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the <br />exception that the publication need only be run once, and reference to the <br />informal conference specified in Rule 2.07.3(2>(d) should be deleted.
