EFCI's response is acceptable; however, this information will <br />be needed when the Division evaluates the bond estimate and <br />should be provided at that time. <br />2. The Division assumes that the substation pad is included with <br />the rock dust storage facility, as the pad is not specifically <br />referenced in Table 31. Please verify. If this is correct, <br />Table 31 is acceptable. Revised page 2.05.3-55 is acceptable. <br />3. Revised Map 14 is acceptable. No further response is <br />required. <br />Paqe 2.05.4-13a <br />1. The Division will stipulate a letter from the Corley Company <br />or an approved Succession of Operator (SO) application for use <br />of the topsoil pile at the Newlin Creek mine for reclamation <br />at the Southfield Mine. <br />Paqe 2.05.4-16 <br />1. Revised page 2.05.4-16 is acceptable. No further response is <br />required. <br />As per the stipulation for the approval of Technical Revision No. <br />18, EFCI should submit revised Map 1 which shows the permit <br />boundary of the loadout. <br />The Division appreciates the efforts made by EFCI and TerraMatrix <br />during the review of this revision.
