In the Division's previous
letter regarding this revision, I stated that these comments would
be forwarded to you under separate cover.
The Division believes that the area in which the storage bench is
to be constructed is not significantly different from the areas
investigated in the November 21, 1980 geotechnical report; and,
therefore, our concerns regarding consideration of a water table
remain. MCC should forward to the Division a copy of the new
calculations and analysis that were performed to produce the
summary table included with the response.
Please call me with any questions.
Sincerely,
Christine E.
Environmental
Specialist
CEJ/007TR67.4
