Also enclosed are
application forms for minor revisions to incorporate the updated and revised ownership
information and the temporary stabilization plans previously submitted, into the permit document.
The bond release adequacy responses directly address the concerns stated in the attachment to your
report and also reflect the cursent status of ongoing discussions between Ketr, the Division of
Minerals and Geology (DMG), and the Federal Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and
Enforcement (OSMRE). Consistent with the responses, appropriate permit materials, including
permit text, tables, figures, and exhibits have been revised for insertion or replacement in the
active permit document. Placement instructions for these revised permit materials are attached
to this transmittal as Attachment 1, Summary of Revisions/Additions. We have also enclosed an
application form for a technical revision and the proposed public notice.
Please review the accompanying materials and feel free to contact me with any questions or if you
need additional information or clarification. We appreciate your continuing cooperation and look
forward to your timely response on the bond release request.
Sincerely,
TersaMatrix/ACZ [nc.
Jer M.
