No new ground disturbances are contemplated as a result the proposed drilling activities. <br />Proposed drilling activities will utilize existing drill pads, each encompassing less than <br />0.1 acre. The limited azeas involved in the proposed exploration will not require a <br />stormwater permit. <br />8. A report by the Colorado Natural Heritage Program, dated February 21, 2006, provides <br />information on occurrences of rare, threatened, and endangered species in the subject <br />exploration area. A review of the data contained in the report indicates that there aze no <br />significant occurrences of rare, threatened, or endangered plants or animals in the study <br />area. A copy of this report is provided in Appendix A. <br />9. The NF-04 drill site is eliminated; the cultural resources information in the approved NOI <br />is adequate. <br />Northfield has contract drilling company available pending complefion of a contract.
