Dartmouth Ave. P.O. Box 5243, Denver, CO 80217; (303) 783-3047, submitted a request for partial acreage <br />release for the Pioneer Mine, Permit No. M-1977-252. The construction materials extraction operation is located <br />at or near Section 35, Township 65, Range 66W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Douglas County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait IS days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections. <br />
