Canany <br />Simla, C~ 8083$ Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Simla Highway Pit, Amendment Approval, and Permit No. M-1995-095, Revision No. AM-1 <br />Dear Mr. Schuler: <br />On December 25, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to <br />the Division on December 2, 2003, addressing the following: <br />Increase the Permit acreage by 3.9 acres for a total of 9.9 acres <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1995- <br />095. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1995-095 remains in full force and effect. <br />The existing warranty of $20,000 is more than adequate to cover the cost of reclamation.
