The Division will then issue
a findings document that will go to the Office of Surface Mining and the Secretary
of the Interior for their review and approval. According to Rick Holbrook of OSM
they should not take longer than 6 weeks.
Review is continuing on technical revision TR-14. Because of the Division's staff
shortage and the complexity of the revision, we expect to issue adequacy comments
within a couple of days and will make a proposed decision by November 15, 1991.
If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
Sinter
i~ ~ ~
Randall P.
