No mining-related disturbances will occur within 100 feet of the outside right-of-way boundary line for State Highway 133. The angle of draw (estimated at 25 degrees) will be dictated by the approved mine plan. Mining-related disturbances within 100 feet of the right-of-way may occtu only after public notice and an oppotTUnity for public hearing, subject to a written determination by the authorized officer that the interests of the public and the affected landowners will be protected.
