We have reviewed this document
and concur with the report's findings that Trapper Mining Inc. has complied with and met all
phase II reclamation obligations under this permit's requirements.
The proposed Phase II bond release for this area will not conflict with federal lease terms and,
therefore, the BLM has no objections to the Phase II bond release for these areas. We understand
that no bond amount funds will be released with this decision and that this action only involves
the release of liability.
If you have any questions, please contact Robert Ernst at the address shown above or by calling
(970) 826-5079.
Sincerely,
~~` ~ ~~
~Y John E.
