The volume of
the topsoil stockpile has been estimated to be 7000 cubic yards. One 3-wire
barbed wire fence will require removal and replacement as part of the
operation. The topsoil will be dumped, no spreading or further treatment
necessary. The footprint resulting from the removed topsoil stockpile will
require disking to blend with the surrounding surface conditions. The topsoil
stockpile is located at the southern end of the Burlington Northern ~oadout in
Trinidad, Colorado. The topsoil is to be moved onto the adjacent highway
right-of-way for future use by CDOT.
WHE/amm/9557F
