<br /> <br />Stipulation the Objectors agreed to this <br />computation for the purposes of this case <br />only; and these computations will not be <br />admitted £or any other purpose by the Objec- <br />tors. The Objectors' agreement to the <br />stipulation is based on the provisions <br />therein and the protections elsewhere enumer- <br />ated in the Stipulation and/or <br />b. Prior to the time when all of the remaining <br />290 acre feet of annual diversions may be <br />diverted at the Loveland intake, water may be <br />diverted at the Rist and Goss headgate to <br />irrigate as much of Applicants' land his- <br />torically irrigated as the remaining annual <br />diversion will support. <br />F. There shall be no diversion of water at the <br />Loveland intake under Applicants' interest in Priority <br />No. 9 for general irrigation aside from that associated <br />with municipal irrigation use. There shall be no <br />diversion by Applicants of water at the Loveland intake <br />under Priority No. 29 for any purpose. <br />G. The return flow of Applicants' water from the <br />1977. <br />residential or commercial property which may be develop- <br />ed outside the area of the land historically irrigated <br />by the Rist and Goss Ditch shall be available to those <br />objectors whose headgates are below the headgate of the <br />Rist and Goss Ditch in the Big Thompson Rive <br />Signed and entered this ~.~ day of , <br />-11- <br />water ~uage <br />
