Long, <br />Division Dneaor <br />Enclosed you will find the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology's <br />Proposed Decision Package regarding the renewal of a valid, existing permit <br />for the Twin Pines No. 2 Mine. Notice of the proposed decision will be <br />published in The Canon City Daily Record. The first publication will initiate <br />the thirty-day public comment period for the Division's decision. <br />If this action pertains to a federal mine (coal or surface ownership), <br />documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of <br />the application and any modifications resulting from the review was sent to <br />each agency listed on the Federal Agency Mailing List. For non-federal mines, <br />documentation must be submitted showing that one <br />form has been sent certified mail to OSM at Suite <br />NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
